Maintenance Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage Building Maintenance and Shop Service Personnel.
• Assign and/or complete work orders
• Enforce company policies, address employee concerns, and take disciplinary action as needed.
• May provide guidence and direction to subordinates in building projects

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience
• High School graduate or equivalent 
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Good Organizational and communication skills
• Experience in all phases of maintenance preferred
