Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with IT Leaders to develop and implement global IT strategy.
- Work with regional IT leaders to understand the local business requirements and incorporate into the global IT strategy.
- Oversee the creation of implementation roadmaps by region.
- Liaison between Key Corporate IT Functions - Infrastructure, End User, Business Applications and Cyber Security leadership - and regional IT organizations.
- Establish strong partnerships and implement on-going management processes that foster collaboration and transparency to build a strong Global IT community.
- Encourage collaboration across region as well as with Global leaders based in the US.
- Partner with regional IT leaders to identify and implement appropriate governance models to ensure successful implementation and on-going support and oversight of both global and local IT projects.
- Ensure regional IT leaders have management processes in place to execute projects and effectively monitor and manage budget, scope and risk.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration, along with at least 16 years’ related experience. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (5-10%) both domestic and international
- Occasional overnight stays (5-10%)
- Valid Passport
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT in a global business. Experience in business/industry (beyond IT), managing cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capability with proven track record of successful team development and working effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong strategy, business acumen, project management and change management skills are key for this role.
- Ability to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and information management across the IT organization.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
- Ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
- Strong customer and user experience focus.
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of activities without losing focus.
