Responsibilities

 

  • Run Open WO Reports for the Outstanding and Open Planned Maintenance (PM) and Service work orders.
  • Review all dispatches to ensure correct vendor.
  • Serve as the customer and retail network one point of contact as a Work Order Specialist by overseeing questions relating to work orders, invoicing, and the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) process.
  • Update various reports on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and distribute to the appropriate retailers to ensure proper maintenance compliance by dealer network.
  • Run key matrix reporting for customer required Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports.
  • Assist in keeping up-to-date all data entry as necessary to ensure accuracy involving customer assets and locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Less than 2 years of related experience
  • Associate degree (Business)
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)
  • Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
