<span 55="" helvetica="">Internal Job Title:  Aftermarket Sales Representative

 

<span 55="" helvetica="">Job Responsibilities:

<span 55="" helvetica=""> 

  • <span 55="" helvetica="">This business-to-business sales position is responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts. 
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations. 
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information. 
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Discuss sales activities with management.

 

<span 55="" helvetica="">Qualifications:

 

  • <span 55="" helvetica="">High School diploma or equivalency. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
  • <span 55="" helvetica="">Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.
