Primary Responsibilities


  • Data Gathering, Analysis, Reporting and Training - Work with the Regional Associate Marketing Managers and Marketing Manager for national marketing campaigns to supply timely data and analysis (training them to be self-sufficient where appropriate) from multiple company systems to help support targeted marketing programs.  Work with the Global Business Solution (GBS) team to integrate data from Legacy systems into Crown's CRM system where appropriate.  Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Crown's CRM Global Requirements and Attributes - Collaborate with Branch Operations and the GBS team to assure the proper marketing requirements and attributes are implemented in Crown's CRM system globally.  An important piece of this is the ongoing development of lifecycle marketing to potential customers and current customers.  Including working with Branch Operations to improve customer churn.
  • Lifecycle Customer Management and Marketing Automation - Responsible for the implementation of marketing automation on a global basis; assuring all leads are managed appropriately.  This includes developing a process where we can move accounts through the lifecycle in Crown's CRM system from Suspects to Customers to develop a closed loop process.
  • Global Lead Reporting - Global reporting of new leads acquired and their source.  Work with management to develop appropriate reporting.
  • Employee Development - Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews.  Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities. 




  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations or related field along with five to seven of prior experience. 
  • Experience with marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
