This position is an onsite position but can be located in any Crown Branch Locations outside of Ohio.  Preferred location would be in Pacific Standard Time zone.

Job Duties:

  • End User Assistance/Support - Create user logins, assign user permissions, and provide troubleshooting assistance when logging into the system and accessing courses. Assist users scheduling, progress, navigation, and results tracking questions. Assist with training and work with coordinators in other departments and regional training locations.
  • Content and Reporting - Use the Company’s SuccessFactors/HRIS System to generate and prepare standard and customized reports. Collaborate with other departments as a resource for reports. Perform quality assurance checks on content and test content functionality and communication with the system prior to deployment. May perform the following tasks associated with the Training department: Maintain files and folders for the revisions of the training material, assign training and add/delete resources as necessary, develop familiarity with course design, development, and testing of training material. May assist and coordinate with Guest Services and Training Coordinators to ensure quality service and support.
  • Miscellaneous - Update content and ensure the accuracy of the Education Center’s page, along with other department pages on the Intranet. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relatied experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma along with additional coursework.  
  • Associates degree with prior experience in a training or educational environment is preferred.  
  • 6-12 months of prior office experience, along with good computer, organizational, customer service skills with a responsive attitude, and the ability to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms would be helpful for this position.
