Job Duties
- Working knowledge of statistical data collection Capabilities Studies and Gage R&R's.
- Work with Product development activities.
- Advance knowledge of metallurgical equipment.
- Assist in Development of training programs regarding complex measuring equipment.
- Create and modify programs for stationary and portable coordinates measuring equipment & related software.
- Writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting gage programs.
- Create and maintain pictorial and written work instructions for inspection procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis for problem solving.
- Inspection and analysis of welds per AWS standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in all Level 1 and Level 2 Inspector activities
- Must be able to set-up, program, and operate Virtek, Faro Arm, and CMM
Preferred Qualifications
- Can create and modify programs for stationary and portable coordinate measuring equipment & related software
- Working knowledge of statistical data collection, capability studies, and Gage R&R.
- Root Cause analysis and problem-solving skills
