Job Duties

Clean factory lunchrooms and restrooms.
Empty shop waste containers.
Use manual and automatic floor scrubbing equipment.
Run trash compactor.
Help with company snow removal.
Use ladders to clean light fixtures and vents

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma.
Must be able to stay stationary/traverse 8/10 hrs. per shift. Frequently bend, squat, push/pull, and occasionally crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, and balance. Frequent lifting and carrying frequently from 0 to 30 lbs., and occasionally from 30 to 40 lbs. Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form effectively with people. Must be able to see and do simple but firm grasping with both hands. Must be able to work in an environment that includes exposure to detergents, dust, solvents, and oil.
Must be able to read and follow directions on labels of cleaning solutions.
Must be able to analyze and reason.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience beneficial.

Pay rates between $19.39/hour - over $22/hour!

Plus, earn an additional $1.50/hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift.
