Regional Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities


  • Work with Sales to develop effective marketing plans that are aligned with corporate and strategic business goals.
  • Provide additional, in-depth marketing support to company retail locations by analyzing the current sales information and trends, troubleshooting and identifying factors contributing to the performance, developing and implementing aggressive marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns and evaluating results.
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing and the broader Marketing team to develop ways to bring effective marketing tactics to a specific region or retail location.
  • Analyze progression of campaign goals, sales reports, market feedback, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline of a category.
  • Work with Sales to localize and implement national marketing campaigns with an understanding of brand, channel, and messaging.
  • Support new product launch efforts in assigned region.
  • Work with marketing analytics team to analyze sales territories to identify opportunities and recommend action steps.
  • Work with the Customer Experience Center to align on follow up and analysis of leads.





  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations or business-related field, along with 5-7 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience in marketing, product management, sales or operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all functional areas is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of demonstrated successes is preferred.
  • This position can be based out of the Joliet or New Bremen location.
  • Frequent Travel (6-20%) is required.
