Job Responsibilites:
- Liaison between the Branch and the Corporate HR, Benefits, Leave, and Medical Departments.
- Work with third party administrator for workers’ compensation and update OSHA log.
- Maintain branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records.
- Process and submit paid time off requests.
- Process and submit payroll.
- Maintain and submit disability log.
- Update branch bulletin boards.
- Generate reports needed for Corporate.
- Coordinate employee wellness screening and safety glass fair.
- Provide support to managers as needed.
- Provide backup assistance with new hire processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HR experience along with secretarial or computer coursework preferred
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills

- Competitive Wages. The anticipated starting pay range for the position is $20 to $23 per hour; however, skills and related experience will be taken into consideration,
