Job Duties
- Use lift trucks to pull and put away parts and raw material in the stock room or yard racking systems for production and service.
- Use lift trucks to load and unload vendor trucks.
- Unload steel by hand as needed.
- Electronically receive material from outside vendor.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Conduct pre-operational safety checks on lift trucks.
- Charge lift trucks batteries daily.
- Comply with all applicable Occupational, Environmental, Health and Safety standards, as well as Crown’s safety rules and regulations for each task performed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Related work experience preferred.
