Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing support and direction in all aspects of Human Resources  
  • Involves a wide range of responsibilities including talent acquisition, interviewing and hiring prospective employees
  • Investigate and participate in employee relations' concerns and/or issues
  • Assist in communicating and applying appropriate organizational policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration 
  • Three to five year plus years of experience in an HR position involved with recruiting, hiring and employee relations
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills
  • Training and knowledge of employment law
  • Experience and knowledge of Affirmative Action, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American Disabilities Act (ADA)
