Job Duties
- Implement operator training at Crown and off site locations.
- Assist with development of operator or service training materials.
- May be responsible for training service personnel for branch, dealers, and customers to repair and maintain Crown and other products.
- May facilitate Demonstrated Performance Quickstart training and other DP training programs at regional training site.
- Assist in train the trainer sessions for DP skill checkers.
- May maintain training materials, equipment, tools and supplies for training site.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three years prior lift truck maintenance or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and product knowledge
- Effective presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills
- Technical degree preferred.
