Aftermarket Support Representative - Parts
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions via phone and e-mail to inquiries regarding parts and distribution to Company Dealer Network.
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve inquires.
- Work on special field/market research projects, ncluding Aftermarket Business Development.
- Train and educate branches in software use as well as general education of the parts ordering and distribution process.
- Assist in maintaining the non-oem truck resource of parts and service manuals.
- Support the development of a comprehensive knowledge base covering parts and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2-4 years related experience
- Must have valid driving privileges
