Application Analyst - Compliance
Job Duties:
- Compliance Software and Processes and Subject Matter Expert/Analyst - Maintain and support various technology platforms, applications, and systems within the Compliance & Ethics organization. Understand, evaluate, and support the implementation of systems in coordination with the Company’s Information Technology (IT) team. Create and maintain documentation associated with such platforms, applications, and systems, including job aids, standard operating procedures, checklists, and timelines. Identify gaps in business processes related to use of the technology platforms, applications, and systems, and design documented solutions to close those gaps. Communicate updated business processes to stakeholders. Carry out research to resolve problems and integrate repeated questions into training program.
- Project Coordination/Support - Initiate and support various project management tasks. Liaise with project team members about the status of their tasks within a project. Monitor progress on project deliverables and timelines. Assist with the development of project reports
- Compliance Reporting and Data Management - Organize and maintain structure for the Compliance & Ethics team’s document repositories. Assist with the development of a business intelligence dashboard across the various pillars of Compliance & Ethics (General Compliance, Trade Compliance, Sustainability, and Information Security and Privacy).
Minimum Qualifications:

2-4 years’ related experience

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Information Technology)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work with various compliance software and tools. Experience in a systems support, data management and reporting, and/or compliance and ethics role. Ability to function in a project-oriented environment with people of different backgrounds.
- Subject matter expertise in information technology solutions relative to Compliance and Ethics activities.
- Advanced computer skills and conversant with Microsoft Office 365, (Outlook, Word, and Excel; and PowerPoint and SharePoint), various operating systems, and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information, as well as to document processes and procedures and provide training to personnel in the use of new or revised systems.
