  • Work closely with National Accounts, Fleet Account Support Managers, DSPM, and FleetSTATS Administration Manager to transform business requirements into technical requirements. 
  • Create and maintain customer reporting which provides actionable information to personnel which facilitates meeting of company objectives. 
  • Assist in the development of key matrix reporting regarding Business Reviews, truck averages, maintenance costs, introducing “best practices”, fleet replacement and reduction of customer operational expenses (Cost per Hour).
  • Maintain in-house reporting capabilities to support DSPM Business Review, ensure proper maintenance compliance by dealer network, and assist lead account representative in the overall strategy and goals of the account.
  • Ensure data integrity and credibility of all results that are presented regardless of the format in which the data is represented by correctly understanding the business requirements behind the requests.
  • Qualify the data which is used for the data analysis as well as by taking appropriate reconciliation steps to tie out results to financial reporting where appropriate.  
  • Provide data analysis for customer accounts, company retail network as well as corporate stakeholders. 
  • Increase productivity of others by developing automated applications and coordinating information requirements.
  • Attend customer specific visits involving custom reporting & analysis.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Accounting or Finance) 


Preferred Qualifications


  • Demonstrate analytical and statistical skills, including a detailed working knowledge of business intelligence systems and database tools (Microsoft Sql*Server Reporting Services and Power BI especially desired). 
  • The incumbent must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be well organized. 
  • Good communication, problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.  
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
