Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with Infolink Sales team to transform business requirements into technical requirement and to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Create special reports as assigned by management. 
  • Review routine reports for data integrity and ensure they are accurate. 
  • Responsible for department KPI report generation and evolution.
  • Using appropriate tools, track project timelines, and milestones against the established project plan.
  • Identify, manage and communicate changes to project definitions.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and Infolink Sales team to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • Associate (Business )
  • Frequent travel (6-20%)
  • Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Four-year business degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Capable of leading and effectively garnering retail management support to achieve company and customer objectives within a teamed environment. 
  • Good communication both verbal and non-verbal, computer, organizational, interpersonal, motivational, professionalism skills.
  • Sales experience and basic IT wireless knowledge preferred.
  • Strong data analytical skills, including being proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft BI.
  • A high degree of organization and ability to follow actions and tasks through with little supervision. 
  • Work as a team member and provide guidance to others.
