Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with researching, developing, writing and editing content for multiple types of communication, both print and digital.
• Proofread and edit content produced by the GBTS Department, including communications, presentations, letters, SharePoint, and various FAQs.
• Support consistency of messaging across GBTS functions.
• Help maintain internal communication calendars and distribution plans.
• Ensure communications follow branding, tone, and governance standards
• Attend meetings to capture notes, key decisions, and action items.
• Support visual storytelling through slide design, infographics, and dashboards.
• Help produce podcasts, meeting recording, and training videos.
• Contribute to one department-wide project assigned to all GBTS co-ops as a team and prepare a final presentation.
• Create and present an individual presentation summarizing the co-op experience
Job Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business Management, or Digital Media Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Adobe products
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AI
