  • Collaborate with managers or supervisors regarding existing or new jobs. 
  • Maintain and/or update job descriptions for all exempt and non-exempt office jobs. 
  • Ensure that job descriptions are approved by supervision.
  • Analyze existing jobs and conduct internal research for cohesiveness of job titles and pay ranges and FLSA compliance.
  • Answer questions concerning compensation. 
  • Perform market pricing for company positions.  
  • Act as a liaison with management, all departments and outside consultants. 
  • Keep informed of new developments in the performance, wage, and salary administration fields through periodicals and by attending seminars.
  • Facilitate and coordinate various programs such as Talent Development Discussion (TDD), Service Awards, and the annual 25 Year Club Get-Together.  


Minimum Qualifications


  • Less than two years related experience
  • Associate degree (Business Administration, Human Resources)



Preferred Qualifications


  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), job descriptions, market pricing, and salary range knowledge.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills.
  • A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
