Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with continuing to develop, maintain and support the Crown compliance program
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating various compliance-related policies, procedures, forms and guidelines
- Assist with Crown's compliance training and education program, including with respect to any disclosures of non-compliance made under Crown policies and including managing/remedying overdue trainings
- Assist and support Crown's Connect with Crown hotline (working closely with internal audit on the topic)
- Help manage Crown's compliance calendar
- Manage the Crown Compliance & Ethics intranet page, assist with implementation of a Global Compliance & Ethics site, and promote compliance and ethics topics in Crown company newsletters, intranet banners, and through other means
- Potentially work with internal audit with respect to various department or compliance-specific audits
- Assist in monitoring or changing laws and regulations impacting Crown on a global basis
- Work with other Crown personnel in managing and effectively running the Crown dealer diligence policy
- Create and manage quarterly compliance surveys that are distributed throughout the organization with respect to critical compliance topics
- Assist with other compliance and ethics tasks
***Remote Work: Crown offers hybrid remote work for this position. A reasonable commute is necessary as some onsite work is required.
Job Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in compliance, business, risk management, pre-law or another related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication, deductive reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience of compliance matters is a plus
