Job Duties
Compliance Program Administration
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Company's Corporate Compliance program including the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Antitrust, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption programs.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of compliance policies, procedures, and guidance materials. Maintain compliance records, databases, certifications, and documentation, and prepare reports, metrics and dashboards for management. Conduct and support internal compliance investigations.
- Monitor and research relevant laws and regulations to help identify emerging risks and support ongoing compliance efforts. Coordinate responses to supplier and customer questionnaires, assessments, and inquiries regarding the Company's compliance program and risk management practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of ethics, integrity and compliance across the Company.
Sustainability Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Support sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas data collection, and disclosures, including EcoVadis, CDP, and Sedex. Collect, and analyze sustainability data to ensure accuracy and audit readiness. Support assurance activities, customer audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Improve sustainability data quality and standardize processes to improve efficiency. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and summaries, and collaborate with stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives.
Third-Party Due Diligence and Risk Management
- Support compliance due diligence reviews of business partners including suppliers, distributors, consultants, and other third parties. Conduct screening, identify potential compliance concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Support ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships and assist with implementation and tracking of corrective actions and risk mitigation plans.
Training and Communication
- Coordinate compliance training assignments and completion tracking and reporting
- Assist in developing compliance training materials, awareness campaigns, and employee communications. Respond to inquiries regarding compliance policies and procedures and program requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Risk Management, Sustainability, or a related field.)
- (or high school diploma with 12 years job-related experience)
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting corporate compliance, ethics, audit, legal, or risk management programs.
- Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, competition/antitrust, human rights, forced labor, sustainability, and other regulatory compliance areas.
- Experience conducting third-party due diligence or compliance reviews. Experience with government contracting compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with compliance management systems, screening tools, and case management platforms.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration, ethical leadership, professional credibility, and clear written and oral communication skills.
- Professional compliance certification (CCEP or equivalent) or progress toward certification.
