Summary:

 

Support the Company’s professional recruitment activities through the development of various networking activities. Assist with the development and promotion of the Company’s employment brand and conduct direct recruiting. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct recruiting as assigned and provide support for Human Resources (HR) Representatives during peak recruitment.
  • Maintain an awareness of openings in the company and source qualified candidates to the assigned HR Representative. 
  • Conduct recruiting and hiring practices in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various Human Resources (HR) Managers, HR Representatives, and functional managers to develop a recruiting strategy while supporting the Company’s employment brand. 
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with universities, colleges, technical, and vocational schools.
  • Stay informed of trends in recruiting, technology, and communication to maintain an effective hiring strategy. 
  • Create and maintain recruiting channels especially through the Internet and social media.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of recruiting programs to maximize return on recruiting investment and increase cost effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process. 
  • Identify areas of improvement to ensure delivery of high quality of service to the client base.
  • Research, recommend, and implement new sourcing strategies to effectively recruit active and passive candidates.
  • Share best practices with HR Managers and HR Representatives. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years related experience
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Desire to build relationships both internally and externally while ensuring a best in class candidate experience.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20%.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills and an understanding and desire to work with technology.
  • Previous experience in Technical and IT recruiting.
