Director Rental Remarketing International

Job Duties:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the Company’s global rental, remarketing and Encore strategy.
• Participate in global strategy development through collaboration with Managing Directors and working directly with the Rental and Remarketing leaders in each region.
• Work closely with executive leadership concerning matters of significance to the organization. 
• Direct all branches globally to achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals for rental, remarketing and Encore operations. 
• Support nondomestic rental, remarketing and Encore operations based on corporate Company guidelines.
• Provide consultation to independent dealers globally as directed by senior management. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-15 years related experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED)
• Extensive travel (over 20%)
• Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
• Valid Passport

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of branch operations and be familiar with company resources. 
• Demonstrated excellent leadership and organizational skills in addition to excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.  
• Strong collaboration and influencing ability. 
• Strong cultural awareness and understanding of global decision-making processes. 
• Demonstrated ability to translate broad organization goals into quantifiable department objectives. 
• Familiarity with Company resources. 
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, time management, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
