Job Duties

• Food and Beverage Setup - Support and assist in the setup of food and beverages for luncheons and events. Fill ice buckets, polish silverware, transport food and beverages, wash dishes, prepare coffee, and maintain beverage stations. Clean meeting and retail services areas, including recyclable and trash removal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

• Miscellaneous - Comply with all applicable occupational Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, as well as company safety rules and regulations for each task performed. To prevent the risk of injury, report all unsafe conditions and do not perform any unsafe acts. Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Very little to no travel
• Overnight stays unlikely
• Job may require employee to drive a company vehicle; job is non-DOT regulated and an MVR is required.
• Per 8-hour shift. Sit 1 hour. Stand 7 hours. Both typical and non-typical office environment (low to moderate noise level, low exposure to hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Occasionally lift up to 10 to 20 pounds. Frequently grasp/grip (whole hand) and work with arms outstretched (elbows locked). Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard.  Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs.  Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Read and understand labels, count, know basic food service processes, make out a shopping list, good communication skills preferred, remember, reason, and analyze. Be able to perform the same basic tasks every day and follow well-established procedures. Work according to daily standard work instructions.
