SAP Support Manager

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, organize, and manage all support activities for the GBS Solution including providing project planning, implementation, control and integration of solutions affecting multiple business areas.
  • Provide oversight of incoming requests and ensure high quality standards are being met.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain operational procedures while staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging of best practices.
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing direct reports.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, along with five to seven years of experience is required.
  • Management experience in a Helpdesk environment is highly preferred.
  • SAP and project management experience is beneficial.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
