Job Responsibilites:

You will work alongside the Organizational Development (OD) team to develop creative design solutions with visual impact for key talent initiatives.

• Design and implementation of training materials
• Creation of team building activities
• Creation of wall graphics intended for our Education Center
• Opportunity to work independently with creative freedom (following our brand guide).

Job Qualifications:

•  
• A friendly and engaging personality that can work independently or collaboratively.
• Great social and communication skills.
• You must have completed the first year of a 2-4-year college program focusing on Graphic Design/Visual Communications.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
