Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resources Department.
- Filing
- Assist Welcome Center receptionist and greet visitors
- Assist with New Hire Orientation
- Receive and route incoming phone calls to Human Resources
- Run and distribute reports
- Input data into the Human Resources databases and review for accuracy
- Coordinate and support a variety of Human Resources programs such as Crown’s paid time off program and verification of employment
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Able to work more than 20 hours per week
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Professional office experience preferred
