Human Resources Multiple Semester Part Time Co-Op

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and support a variety of Human Resources programs such as Crown’s paid time off program and verification of employment.
  • Run and distribute reports.
  • Work closely with the HR Representatives, department managers, branch contacts, Global Business Solutions (GBS) team, and payroll regarding updates and changes to HR records and organizational units.
  • Input data into the Human Resources databases and reviews for accuracy.
  • Assist with the review of Information Steward audit logs to keep HR systems in sync.
  • Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resources Department.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a university or college majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good verbal, written and personal communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to work more than 20 hours per week
