  • Evaluate, analyze, configure, maintain and support Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including  Peoplesoft and SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.  
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist in defining functionality based on current and evolving business practices. 
  • Troubleshoot and assist users with systems access issues.
  • Evaluate periodic software upgrade opportunities and make adoption recommendations where appropriate. 
  • Ensure data integrity, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. 
  • Responsibilities can include software reporting functionality. 
  • Support software upgrades, testing, documentation and training. 




  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Associate degree
