Hospitality Co-Op (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate catering and guest facilities needs with Guest Housing and Catering Manager
• Work closely with hosts on scheduled housing assignments and transportation
• Provide and assist with reporting for the Guest Houses schedule.
• Work with customers and departments to ensure their needs are being met.
• Assist Administration with special customer events. Inspect facilities.
• Analyze and refine procedures in all Retail and Hospitality departments and locations.
• Order and maintain supplies for guest facilities and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned for hospitality. This may include working with departments on special projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Enrolled in college for a Business degree or related field
• Candidate must be available to work part-time for multiple semesters. Full-time preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in different situations and/or with diverse groups of people
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
