Human Resources Co-Op - Multiple Consecutive Semesters

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resources Department.
  • Filing
  • Assist Welcome Center receptionist and greet visitors
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation 
  • Receive and route incoming phone calls to Human Resources
  • Run and distribute reports
  • Input data into the Human Resources databases and review for accuracy
  • Coordinate and support a variety of Human Resources programs such as Crown’s paid time off program and verification of employment
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

 

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate must be able to work more than 20 hours per week
  • Professional office experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
