Job Description: 

To assist with training content management and the development of training modules, videos, images, and photos. This position reports to the Instructional Design Manager.   

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and update simulation and video links, text, and images as needed to training modules and job aids.   
• Collaborate with Stakeholders, LMS Administrator and Instructional Designers to determine current and obsolete training content. Update the content directory and archive to current training content.
• Assist with recording videos, taking photos, and editing videos and photos.
• Provide general assistance and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: 

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Training, Design, Organizational Leadership, Education, or related field. 

• Prior experience in Training Development and Design. Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, Photoshop, etc. or similar solutions.
