Job Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing team in creating, coordinating and delivering communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation and employee engagement.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications including emails, newsletters, announcements and intranet content
- Create and edit written content for employee communication channels
- Help maintain and update the company Intranet site
- Support the rollout of a global Intranet site
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and develop communication materials
- Track communication metrics and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness
- Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging and communication standards
- Support special projects and other marketing activities as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Strong writing, research and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Own means of reliable transportation
