Job Duties:
Enter, update, and maintain the HR and Risk Management systems, which includes but are not limited to leave of absence dates, estimated return to work dates, transitional work transfers, notification dates, and claim details. Review for accuracy and potential issues or concerns. Optimize business systems to gain greater efficiency in workflow processes such as making processes leaner, improve efficiency of data input, assess programs for improvements and consistency.
Coordinate and support a variety of programs within the Leave Administration Department.
Perform administrative and related duties to support the Leave Administration Department such as run various reports to track and monitor employees on a leave of absence. Electronically scan, label and file documents to support the Workers’ Compensation and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and send out leave packets and follow-up on the documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Information Systems or equivalent, with one to three years of prior office experience, preferably in an HR environment is ideal. Good verbal and written communication skills and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. PeopleSoft, SAP, and Origami experience is a plus
