Job Responsibilites:


  • Work in Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, One Note, Excel, etc… to enter and update project data.
  • Update website information for Crown sites as required.
  • Assist with customer calls in our call center.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, powerpoints, etc…
  • Other IT and customer service related tasks as required, based on experience.


Job Qualifications:


  • Experience working with Customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience with wireless troubleshooting and/or SQL is a plus, but not required.
  • Enrolled in a MIS, IT or other technology/business program.
