Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Quality, Director of Operational Excellence as well as Corporate Quality, Advanced Manufacturing Engineers, and Operational Excellence teams.
- Support SharePoint initiatives (Project sites and Intranet pages).
- Support travel planning as needed.
- Capital and expense review.
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings and activities.
- Plant tours planning and coordination.
- Manage and maintain general office space (i.e. conference rooms, large meeting set-up, and copier/equipment).
Qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of experience is required.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, navigating of agendas/conflicts, and computer skills are strongly recommended.
