Marketing Manager, Dealer Programs

Develop and execute marketing strategies that empower a nationwide dealer network and help shape the future of a global brand. We are looking for a strategic marketer who enjoys building impactful programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and translating strategy into measurable results as our Dealer Marketing Manager.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the development and execution of dealer-focused marketing strategies designed to generate sales opportunities, strengthen brand consistency, and support business growth across the U.S. and globally.

 

What You'll Do

As the Dealer Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product Management and our dealer network. Your work will directly influence how our brand is represented in the marketplace and how our dealers engage with customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Develop, implement, and measure comprehensive dealer marketing strategies that generate qualified sales leads and support business growth.

Create integrated marketing campaigns targeting key customer segments through a variety of channels.

Partner with Marketing, Marketing Operations & Technology, Product Management, and Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Collaborate with dealer personnel across the U.S. to develop and execute impactful marketing programs.

Ensure dealer-facing digital and traditional marketing materials reflect established branding, messaging, and co-marketing standards.

Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of dealer landing pages.

Champion the development and deployment of a Global Dealer Marketing Strategy.

Work with international stakeholders to establish marketing standards, co-branding requirements, messaging guidelines, and dealer compliance expectations.

Lead dealer marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Track, analyze, and report on program performance using key marketing metrics and insights.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications along with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, dealer marketing, channel marketing, or related disciplines.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy development and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.

Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and communicate results.

Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Extensive travel.
