Primary Responsibilities


  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing strategy to help Branch and Dealer sales reach targeted groups of customers through multiple touch points.
  • Work with Operations, Product Management and Sales leadership to align strategy with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Branch and Dealer personnel to develop impactful programs. This includes communications and public relations tactics, as well as web content that help create sales leads and enhance the company’s image and position in the marketplace.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Branch and Dealer web sites as well as coordinate the development of sales and promotions campaigns, presentations, collateral, web content, and digital and social media tactics.
  • Manage associated timelines and deliverables to drive a high level of customer satisfaction for the department. Ensure Branch and Dealer marketing communications and public relations projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the success of marketing programs. Provide recommendations to sales management for ongoing improvements. Establish format and deliver reports on key program metrics.
  • Ensure that the Marketing Department’s mission, vision, and values are pertinent and practiced throughout the development process, seeking regular input from the company’s key departments.
  • Ensure that development and approval processes are followed.  Oversee and maintain department processes relevant to the delivery of effective internal and external communications to support Branch and Dealer programs.





  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or related field, along with 5-7 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience developing and managing budgets.
