Marketing Technology Manager

Primary Responsibilities


  • Oversee the development and management of the company’s global marketing technology solutions to help rapidly scale multi-channel customer interactions.
  • Work with marketing solution leads to identify opportunities for improvement and to evolve each platform.
  • Assist with the creation and updating of platform roadmaps.
  • Evolve and maintain the Marketing Technology portfolio including integrations with other technologies and platforms.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of new Marketing technologies including requirement definition, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, project scope, project plans, test plans and user training.
  • Identify and manage external vendors and budgets as needed to supplement internal resources.
  • Manage associated timelines and deliverables and prepare leadership updates as needed.
  • Maintain an understanding of best practices, market trends and business needs to lead the development of scalable solutions that support the department’s efforts to maximize marketing Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with the appropriate business stakeholders including Purchasing, IT and Legal, as well as other internal subject matter experts to develop business processes and workflows that support the Marketing Technology stack.
  • Work with department and cross-functional leadership to maintain alignment with department’s long-term digital strategy, which includes utilizing customer research to help create the desired customer experience.
  • Present Marketing Technology solutions to diverse audiences to ensure alignment with key stakeholders. 




  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, along with 5-7 years’ related experience is required.
  • Understanding of how content, design, and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience.
  • Familiarity with mobile, tablet, and responsive web design techniques.
  • Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent ability to communicate concepts and solution design rationale both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Content Management System (CMS) platforms and Google web tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, CRM and Marketing Automation technologies.
