Job Responsibilities:

• Support leadership and daily production activities of assigned plant's production operations.
• Assist the assigned plant with setting goals and direction for facility.
• Coordinate with supervision that production schedules, quality standards, housekeeping standards, maintenance goals and cost goals are met and that safe work practices are adhered to.
• Assist supervision with maintaining close surveillance over the following: use of safety devices, equipment/tools, departmental housekeeping, maintain a constant alert for hazardous conditions/practices, quality practices, workmanship, and method applications.

 Job Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
• Good analytical and communication skills required.
