Parts Pricing Specialist/Business Co-Op Summer 2025

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and price new materials in ERP system
• Maintain materials statuses to ensure service parts are available to order
• Evaluate existing prices utilizing pricing software to help achieve margin goals
• Communicate pricing changes with retailers and update in various systems
• Create and maintain pricing reports to track changes in sales and margin
• Research materials costs and identify opportunities for improved accuracy
• Resolve sales order issues by collaborating with other departments
• Update data in ERP system to resolve data discrepancies and improve accuracy
• Assist in refining business process instructions for key tasks/responsibilities

Job Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or International Business

• Knowledge of pricing/finance terms and concepts
• Intermediate Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required
• Experience analyzing data to generate insights
• Candidate must be a highly self-motivated individual with attention to detail
• Candidate must have their own means of reliable transportation
