Process Tech- Integration Build

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Safety awareness for themselves and team members
• Attend design reviews, both mechanical/electrical and provide input
• Give input for build improvement ideas
• Read electrical schematics and wire panels to print
• Assemble automated cells and fixtures using NX drawing software
• Operate a forklift for building and installing equipment
• Wire equipment based off electrical schematics
• Work in awkward positions throughout an automation build/install
• Work closely with team members
• Develop safe plan of actions for build/teardown/install
• Maintain good communication with team members
• Give updates during builds/installs to Supervisor
• Willingness to take PLC courses to better the team
• Willingness to take Hydraulic/Pneumatic courses to better the team
• Support plants during machine downtime situations
• Mentor co-ops and other team members

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight (5-20%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with machine building or equipment service activities
• Knowledge of wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures for integration
• Demonstrate sound analytical and decision-making process.
• Outstanding communication skills to facilitate discussions within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and ability to prioritize and support multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take on tough challenges with energy and positivity.
• Consistency and dedication in achieving quality results, even under variety of circumstances.
