Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the daily production activities of the manufacturing areas and other areas as needed.
- Assist the Plant Manager with setting goals and direction for production operations.
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise employees to ensure that safe work practices are adhered to and production schedules, quality standards, housekeeping standards, maintenance and cost goals are met.
- Provide leadership, direction, and training for departmental supervisors and employees.
- Develop recommendations for capital projects and manufacturing expenses for annual operating budget.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years' related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering)
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driving privileges
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
- Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
