Project Specialist - Temporary

***This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 6 months***

This position will be on-site at our offices in New Bremen, OH

Responsibilities

• Gather project requirements and create actionable plans.
• Enter projects into department project system and create timeline for projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, identify dependencies and critical paths, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Schedule, facilitate and actively participate in project meetings. 
• Prepare files in formats required for printed and electronic output. 
• Create and maintain indexes for all new product material and complete all filing and project closeout procedures.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years' related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

This is a temporary role for lasting approximatley 6 months in duration.

This temporary positon is not eligible for benefits.
