Primary Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, take and relay messages for employees, and route telephone calls to appropriate parties.
- Greet visitors and callers, ascertain names and organizations represented and notify appropriate employee of visitor arrival.
- Issue safety glasses and name tags to visitors.
- Direct visitors to desired location.
- Support to other Departments - Perform a variety of routine typing and clerical duties for other departments as needed.
- Miscellaneous tasks such as maintain internal telephone directory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer skills, including Excel preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
