Recruiter - Engineering & Technical

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for open requisitions
• Participate with various Human Resource Managers, HR Representatives, and functional managers in developing a recruiting strategy for the functional areas while supporting Crown’s employment brand.
• Conduct recruiting as assigned and provide support for HR Representatives during peak recruitment.
• Create and maintain recruiting channels especially through internet and social media.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate processes for effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Maintain awareness of other openings in the company and source qualified candidate to the assigned HR Representative.
• Conduct recruiting and hiring practices in compliance with government regulations, organizational policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
• Desire to build relationships both internally and externally while ensuring a best in class candidate experience.
• Must be able to travel 10-15%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience with Engineering & Technical recruitment.
