Recruiting Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities

 

•    Create and implement a comprehensive recruiting marketing strategy to reach targeted groups of potential employees through multiple touchpoints. 
•    Work with Branch Operations and HR leadership to align strategy with hiring goals and collaborate with Marketing to develop impactful programs. 
•    Develop tactics that utilize communications, social media, community relations, events, web content, and other tools to help create recruiting leads and promote the Company as a global employer of choice. 
•    Lead the development and maintenance of career sites and related digital content. 
•    Develop a closed-loop candidate lead generation process and tracking program utilizing the Company’s recruiting marketing platform. 
•    Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of recruiting marketing programs. 
•    Work with Human Resources recruiting team to create analytics and reporting that enables ongoing opportunities to market to potential employees and creates a closed-loop view of the measurement of those activities. 
•    Establish consistent candidate lead generation KPIs and reporting requirements. 
•    Perform ongoing research about new tactics and technologies to utilize in promoting the Company’s career opportunities.
•    Manage associated timelines and deliverables to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
•    Serve as the subject matter expert for all service technician and other recruiting marketing projects in the Marketing queue to help ensure alignment of overall messaging, approach and candidate funnel processes. 
•    Create and maintain a recruiting marketing calendar to help ensure alignment of campaign goals with hiring needs.

 

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources , Communications or related field, along with 5-7 years related experience is required.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.  
•    Experience developing and managing budgets.
