Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with global lithium and lead-acid battery standards across manufacturing plants and branch facilities.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of battery products, including setup, ordering, delivery, storage, installation, shipping, and invoicing.
- Research and interpret country, state, and local regulations to support lithium battery deployment in new facilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate lithium battery requirements into facility planning for new product introductions.
- Support Purchasing in evaluating battery suppliers, focusing on manufacturing capabilities and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driving privileges
- Ability to travel frequently (6–20%), including overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate technical degree or a combination of technical and business degrees.
- Extensive manufacturing experience, including global plant operations.
- Proven project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-year projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of lithium battery manufacturing processes and related regulations.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
