Supervisor - Sales Coordinator - Motive Power
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Coordinators Motive Power.
- Ensure that employees are properly trained (not only for their own responsibilities but for backup support as well) and seek out ways to advance their skills and capabilities.
- Evaluate and anticipate work volume and assign/distribute work accordingly.
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and response levels.
- Responsible for supporting the Retail Network for Battery and Charger sales order inquiries.
- Ensure the level of service provided to our customers is courteous, accurate, and timely.
- Assist the Motive Power Sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years related experience
- Associate degree (Accounting/Business/Marketing preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as ability to organize and prepare information in concise forms to management.
- Good written/verbal communications, detail oriented, organizational, and time-management skills, and Excel experience.
- Experience in the company sales order systems including ERP and reporting preferred.
