Supply Chain: Supplier Systems Co-Op: Fall 2025

Under general supervision, the candidate will assist and support Supply Chain professionals by being involved in the interaction and learning about various techniques and processes related to the specific Supply Chain area. Experiences could include: 

  Job Responsibilities:

• Direct interaction and communication with suppliers. 

• Assist in the following items: Perform data cleansing and analysis to determine new trends and patterns that might affect supply chain data. Recommend and develop new metrics and define new processes that may benefit Crown supply chain. 

• Learn various procurement systems to assist users with purchase requisition submission, order management, invoice management, invoice reconciliation, change order management, and receiving orders. 
• SAP and E-commerce utilization. 

• Proactively collaborate with different teams and customers to analyze supplier compliance. Must be able to interpret results and communicate status reports/important findings to management and decision-makers. Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion. 

• Participate in and record supplier EDI integration meetings to understand technical limitations and find business solutions. 

• End of term report out to Supply Chain leadership 

Job Qualifications: 

• Good analytical and communication skills required. 

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Business, Analytics, Data Science, MIS or related field. 

• Must have valid driving privileges and own reliable transportation. 

• Must be able to work onsite in our New Bremen, OH office.
